Answers:
the problem is not the septic tank . the problem is your drain feild. the line leaving the septic tank going into the drain feild is clogged... u must contact a septic tank company and have them drain the tank again ang inspect the outlet of the tank for any blockages causing this problem... good luck

Pump it out.You need to pump it every year..sometimes more often depending on the size of the tank and how many people are in your home

Have the tank emptied and inspected for leaks or problems with the piping. There might be a blockage somewhere. Worst case scenario is you'd have to replace part of the system or have your yard landscaped to provide better drainage.
I think it needsd to be replaced. You should not have to clean your septic system every year. This may be a dumb question, but are you putting toilet paper down the toilet? Until you can get the problem resolved I would stop doing this if you are. Until then I would have it snaked out, but this could only damage things worse.
Sounds like you will ned to have the drain field replaced! Until then you will need to have the septic pumped out again.
I agree with Rogue, it is most likely the drain field. It probably needs to be replaced.
