My gas electric fire won't stay lit. The pilot table lamp keep going out.?
It's a gas heater... pilot keep going out, even if the fires going... it'll just shut sour (with the pilot). I live in a rental and don't wanna bug the hotelier if I don't have to.
Answers: You call for to bug the landlord. It's his responsibility. Don't attempt to do any repairs yourself as you put yourself at risk for damages and the cost of replacement if you mess it up.
here is a thermal sensor for the pilot light. It tell the unit to cut sour the gas if there is an interruption contained by gas flow. If it's bad later you will have to re-lite it every time. Contact the manor lord unless you know what your doing you will need a plumber to replace it.
