1940-1950 - O'keefe & Merritt stove where can I get an estimated value for a restored 1940-1950 vintage stove

I can pick one up for under $350.00, but it will need work done on it. I'd like to have an idea of what I could resell it for and make a profit.

Answers:
This is a lot like buying old cars and fixing them up; the price you get will rely on the people that want an old stove in your area. Will you expand the area by wider advertising, or auctioning or maybe e-bay?.
To continue the auto analogy, why is it that repair people refuse to put the newer ignitor systems in old stoves ? They would be more convenient, save money that now goes up the flue from pilot lights; and I believe the stoves would be safer.
Probably some interference from lawyers.......
