My cold marine hip bath slap is runinng incredibly slow but the hot runs fine?

it sounds close to the washer in the cold feel has come loose surrounded by a way that it restricts the flow of hose. it sounds like it is time to turn bad the water and renovate your faucet with different seats and washers. spend the extra money to gain the seats also. if your gonna do it do it right
