Seriously.. Can I use "Liquid-PlumR Foaming Pipe Snake" in my toilet? It won't flush. Already tried plunging

Answers:
I don't think that stuff works in the toilet. You can buy an inexpensive pipe snake at your local hardware store for less than $20 and they're pretty easy to use. Beats the heck out of paying $200+ for a plumber to come out.

Yep. We used it and it worked for us. If plunging isn't working then this might be your next best bet.

The problem with that is that the acid probably won't get to the clog. It most likely won't get out of the toilet bowl. Keep trying the plunger since it often takes quite a few plunges to open one. The bad news is that if the plunger doesn't work you might have to pull the toilet off the floor and run a cable down the drain. That makes a real mess!
Yes try it before going to the expense of a plumber.
It may sound stupid but try boiling water and dumping it down the toilet. SEVERAL TIMES!! The hot water will soften the contents allowing for flushing to occur. Don't flush right away let the hot water do its work.
I've used baking soda and vinegar and that works pretty good. I've heard that you shouldn't use those products in your toilet. Good luck.
I would not use boiling hot water in your toilet bowl, it might crack. You should read the direction on the label before using liquid plumer foaming pipe snake or any other brands.
To hell with any kind of "pipe cleaner." They just plain don't work.

Examine your plunger as there are two kinds: Suction cup plungers and force ball plungers. Suction cup is smaller and really isn't good for anything other than taking up space in your bathroom. Force ball plungers are generally larger and are more "ball shaped." If it can be plunged, than these will do it. If not used a toilet auger as a last resort because even the most experienced person will scratch the hell out of a toilet with one of these.

Good luck and hope you get 'er.
if you are in living in ground house then you can check the pipe line there and if you are in compartment then you can check the you drain pipe going out there are always a point caped with a lid and bolted which you can open for cleaning and you can remove the clog from there,it always work i am a professional of the field, acid water may not reach the clog.if you can get hydrochloric acid you can put into yours toilet bowel and then let it there for some time.i have explained you the both ways now it is up to you to decide.
you can try it but for a few more bucks get a toilet auger,, <--- a hand snake specially made for toilets,,,,, sounds like you got more than debris in there ,,, also get "bellow" type plunger they work better than a standard plunger
