a little thing called an ELCB keeps tripping in my fuse board,I cannot get an electrician, can any1 help?
Answers:
An ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker)
They are design to give you protection from possible LETHAL shocks! they will automatically trip when they sense a leakage current exceeding a safe limit of @ 30 mA (Milli amps) anything over 100mA to the heart most likely will be fatal! Unplug something(1) that is plugged in and wait! If it trips again plug in that something(1) and unplug something(2) else. Keep doing this until the ELCB stops tripping and now you have found your problem!

Not sure what an ELCB is, but my first guess is to check the polarity. I had a power supply that would immediately blow the fuse when I plugged into a certain outlet. There was no problem with my PS, it was the plug was wired backwards (hot and neutral were crossed). Make sure your plug is wired correctly. Home Depot sells a device you plug in and it tells you if the wires are reversed and if the ground is working properly.
