I want a fence put up in my back yard & I will buy all materials so how much should i expect 2 pay for labor?
Answers:
it depends on your location. if you are in a city with a high number of illegal immigrants you will probably pay less for labor than if you don't.
rather than asking here, you should go through the phonebook and start calling contractors. most of them will give you a free estimate.

if u fix this fence, it will be at your own expense. the landlord isn't liable to fix the fence if they don't choose to. but as far as expense, that will depend on the amount of footage and the size of the fence. look for companies that will give free estimates. that will be your best bet. good luck!

depends on a whole lot...the size of the area..if its contract or by hour
Tell the Landlord the Fence was there when you signed the Lease is is part of the Lease Agreement- if that is not the case- then some questions - What kind of Fence are you talking about - a Wood Privacy Fence, a chain link fence, ?? Ask the Store where you are planning to buy the Fence sections if he knows someone to install it. My guess is on a Wooden fence figure $25 per post, that includes nailing up the wood section. But it depends on how many and how long the fence is.
