Answers: Well depends if you're going to need a unusual panel and possibly a new drop etc. Without seeing it any guess would be a shot within the dark. If it's as simple as shifting a breaker, maybe smaller amount than $150.00 from there it could budge up to as much as $1,500 if the panel has to be changed and untried service drop is required. Good luck, hope that helps. It also depends where on earth you live. NYC would probably be twice that amount. I don't know because I have no experience dealing beside electricians in NYC.
