Crows use my outdoor fountain as a place to wash food and get a drink. I would like to put a stop to that.?
Answers:
Honestly, you are pretty much stuck with them. Unless you now where their nests are and can cut down these trees (this MAY discourage them and they will move on.)
Otherwise, there is no more chance of eliminating these birds than there is of eliminating termites, fleas, or flies.

Move out. They were there first.

drain the water. Or put a scare crow by your fountain. Crows are the smartest birds. Perhaps you could play Counting Crows very loudly on speakers ;)
get a plastic owl, or two and place it on the house or in the yard on tree branch.. it will also keep the crows out of your birdfeeder. they use owls, plastic to keep crows out of gardens also.
If you go to Home Depot, in their garden department you will find plastic owls. As owls are predators of crows, this will keep the crows away. However, as a word of caution, because crows are smart birds, you must periodically move the fake owl or the crows will catch wise.
Shoot them.
An owl will attract more crows as they are natural enemies, it will keep the other birds away however. Try a fake snake, snakes are a natural enemy for most birds and birds wont flock to fight with them like crows do when they find an owl.
