How do you keep stainless steel pot looking like they did when you first got them home?

I use Cameo cleanser on mine and the ystill look good after 16 years. It's like Comet, a white powder and its on the same shelf as Comet in stores. It works great.

I got my cookware from QVC, cook's essentials and after 2 years, they pretty much look like new. I don't do anything special.
