Question give or take a few bedbugs?

my house is clean rationale my mom cleans the floor like every 2 days and vacuums approaching everydayy.. but i got bedbugs result in my friend who has them slept over my house which probably made me find it. So would the bedbugs go away if we keep hold of our house clean? approaching laundry our clothe and bed sheets etc?
