A lot depends on how extensive the renovations will be and how long it will take. Also, if you need to sell fairly quickly, this is also a deciding factor.

Every case is different, taking into account your location, type and condition of your condo, is the market in your area a buyers' or sellers'? How much more can you realize if you wait....etc etc etc, I could go on forever! Big help, eh?
