Well that all depends on what you want to use and how hard you want to scrub. There's bleach industrial streght cleaners or plan soap, water and elbow grease. Not trying to be a smart mouth just saying. Oh and heres a neat little tip if there are rust stains try pouring a can of Coke on them and letting them set for a while. The carbonation and citrus extracts in cokoe help remove rust strains without to much trouble.

Depends on what your trying to wash away! A bleach solution of 4 parts water/1 part bleach and then rinse will take care of alot of problems, there is also a more agresive approach using muratic acid, both should be used in well ventilated.
