Problem next to my wash domestic device?

I have a Hitachi PS-128P regular wash machine.
It have 2 barrels one for washing, and the other for drying.
The wash part is working properly.
They drying quantity is working properly.
It has a draining system which take up the dirty liquid out of the tool - this is the malfunctioning part.
I be able to return with rid of the dirty liquid out of the electrical device by putting the elastic tube of the drainer lower than the machine so that the soft goes out minus the need to be pulled up by the drainer.
The problem is that the drainer is turned on as long as the prime power is on. I can still hear a little din by the drainer and smell some burning thing. So, I required to disable the drainer electronic part. But near is no external option to do this.
I call for to disable the drainer electronic part, internally. But I don't hold any manual for the apparatus.
Answers: DO NOT cut any wires! You could damage the gadget so it doesn't work at all.
If the drainer will not work and you smell burning it may be a worn or loose drive belt, or a solenoid switch to be exact not working.
Get a repair character who knows the appliance to fix it for you. It will cost, but it will be cheaper than replacing the machine.
