how to change circular saw blade.it's black and decker?

Answers:
Unplug the saw (duh), there should be a button in the front of the saw that you depress to lock the blade from spinning, put the saw wrench (or whatever wrench fits, if you lost the saw wrench) on the bolt and turn it clockwise to loosen. When you put the new blade on, make sure the kerf is following the clockwise rotation, then lock the motor with the button, thread the bolt back on counter-clockwise, and tighten.

Other answers:
1. make sure its switched off
2. not sure what the other things to do are....
Sorry

Should be in the manual. If you don't have a manual, go to the black and decker website to see if they have one online. If not, email them for one.
Unplugged, stop blade from turning as you undo the blade's center nut. Remove the nut and the keep-washer, remove the blade...note the direction of rotation...teeth will point up towards cutting table. Replace the blade with a new one, same way the old one came off..NOTE turning direction...usually has an arrow on new blade...teety will point up towards table. Replace keep-washer and nut, tighten as tight as you can while not allowing the blade to turn...a screw driver held in the teeth while tightening will prevent the blade from turning. Good luck.
Unplug it,dig blade in 2by4, fit wrench on bolt in center of blade and turn counter clockwise, remove blade, replace new one with teeth facing rite way,put bolt back in and tighten. Then please get somebody else to use it before you cut your hand off!
unplugged the saw. Figure out what size wrench you need to fit the bolt that holds the blade to the saw itself. Once you have established the proper wrench size find a relatively heavy shafted screwdriver. Now find the hole in the back plate of the saw housing (safety shield), this part moves up and down as the saw travels through the board it is cutting. This hole will hold the screwdriver shaft in place as a wedge (or a stop if you prefer) as you wrench the bolt loose. The bolt screws in opposite to normal screw action in order that it won't come loose with the centrifugal force of the saw blade when it is operating. The kerf of the saw blade will jam hard against the screw driver shaft as you undo the bolt and remove it. Once the bolt is out, if there is a washer with the bolt make sure you use it when you put the new blade on and screw in the bolt. Reef the bolt down tight, but don't try to use so much force that you damage the bolt or break it off. Make sure the bolt is really snug using the wrench. Plug the saw back in , put on your safety goggles and ear protection and go to work.
