Restoration
Wood ReNew™
Wood ReNew is a biodegradable, non-toxic, percarbonate-based wood cleaner that brightens grayed and weathered wood. Use it to return all wood to its original natural color before applying LifeLine finishes.
Wood ReNew removes UV graying, dirt, mold, mildew, grease and water stains from most wood surfaces.
Wood ReNew works fast and is easy to apply. Wet down the surface you intend to treat, then mix the concentrate with water, stir and spray on. Wood ReNew will begin to fizz and foam immediately, as it eats away dirt and grime. In about ten minutes, scrub the wood with a medium-bristle brush and rinse off.

M-Balm™
M-Balm epoxy liquid penetrates deeply into porous, deteriorated, dried-out or spongy wood, curing and hardening into a strong, water-resistant mass that includes both the original wood fibers and the epoxy mixture.
The more M-Balm used, the stronger the restored wood member will become. It consolidates the decayed area in preparation for use with E-Wood.
1. Mix two parts M-Balm epoxy with one part hardener.
Mix only what can be applied in 30 minutes.
2. Apply to affected area with applicator squeeze bottle.
Repeat if necessary.
3. In extreme cases, drill holes into the decayed wood and pour liberally into the affected area.
ber ..and or apply

you don't rip out the old deck and put a new deck in it's place
if the wood is very dry rotted thomson water seal wouldn't work

Remove the pieces that are starting to dry rot. The rot will only spread if you do not do this. Coat the stringers underneath of the deck with protective coating (good stain will do with, termite protectant would be better). After you replace the bad pieces, pressure wash the entire deck and coat the deck with water sealant (I refuse to use Thomson's - it sucks)
u have to remove it u can't fix it but u can replace it
