I call Roto Rooter and they said they don't do leak?
So I called Roto Rooter and they said they one and only do drains! I thought plumbers fixed leaks? What liberal of place should I call? Thx for any suggestions.

If it is in the cement underneath your feet, you will own to have the cement removed. for very soon pull out the hearth rug so it don't smell and mildew, that is a unharmed new set of problems. dry it out and turn the dampen off until you can go and get it worked on. you need a plumber, they are different from drain techs, more qualified.
they don't do plumbing. They one and only snake lines to "root" them out to clear clogs and such. Call an actual plumber
