Answers: Put dirt pay for in the holes. If you own a lot of low spots you'd close to to fill surrounded by, call a landscape company and have them deliver a few yard of topsoil. If you have single 2-3 holes, take the first person's suggestion and buy loads of topsoil or potting soil from Home Depot or a garden center, and pour it in the holes. Add grass core, if you want, and try to keep the dog from digging it up again.
