Try loosening the bottom hinge and inserting a shim, a small piece of cardboard should work and then retighten the screws. Hopefully you have enough clearance on the latch side so that the door does not drag after you do this. You may have to reposition the shim a couple of times or even double it before it will work.

Re-level the home, leaving it out of level can warp floor joist and rafters. The two inch gap under the doors is used as the cold air return for your heating system.

two inch gaps are the norm,, they supplu air flow through the house,, leveling the house would be best if there are other such problems noted too,, just one door might be just the frame or door out of wack,,do the wedge trick,,
