Is there an epoxy floor coating I can apply to a concrete floor which has no DPC & gets damp occasionally.?

Do I have to waterproof the concrete floor before applying an epoxy coating. Is there an epoxy coating which can cope with rising damp?

Answers:
Yes, there is an epoxy floor coating, and they work fine, as long as you only have "dampness"
Go to your local lumber, Home Depot , or paint store....
The epoxy coating IS your sealer......
