how do I loosen rusted screws that refuse to come out of the wall?

dont bother. pound them into the wall and spacle over them. stop killing yourself.

WD 40
WD-40 or penetrating oil
They may snap off if you attempt to back them out. Consider a dremmel or grinder. Take the screw down below the wall's surface.
PB blaster penetrating oil
Put the screw driver in the head of the screw and hit the end with a hammer, at the same time useing pressure to tighten the screw IN.
Then try the same action and try to unscrew the screw.
