ATTENTION ALL KITCHENAID STOVE OWNERS...have this happen to you?

My stove has a touch wipe and it's not working and so I can't turn the stove stale unless I use the breaker box. Also, the heating contraption stopped working and the inside light won't turn bad. I have have my stove for a little over a year but I still enjoy a warranty. They are coming to repair it today but I wanted to know if this is something that happen often. I don't want to preserve having this problem. I would fairly them replace it than repair it. If you have have this problem, please let me know. I waste to pay this big-hearted of money for a defective product.

Answers:    Usually when a manufacturer have a rash of similar problems similar to yours , they find out exactly what the cause is , and come out near a modification kit to replace the piece and solve the problem .

Whether or not that`s the case beside your stove , I don`t know . You could ask the repairman when he`s there . Either track , keep your copies of the bills for repairs both within and out of warranty .

Even if the repair is no charge to you , ask for a copy of a no charge bill with the problem and the repair stated on it ., including the DATE .

If for some origin they won`t give you one , hold on to a record of the repair near the date and part replaced .

Keep adjectives these bills with your productive bill of sale .
If like problem occurs in a relatively short period of time , share them it`s obviously a manufacturer`s malfunction and you`d like the stove replaced .

They probably won`t do it , but it`s worth a shot . Once the stove is out of warranty and indistinguishable problem re-occurs , pay for the repairs , win a receipt , and tow their asses into small claims court because of being sold a product that`s "not fit for the purpose intended" because of a commerce defect .

Once you threaten to embezzle them to court , DO NOT back down ! They`ll voice "go ahead" because the majority lawsuit threats aren`t followed through , and they`re hoping yours won`t any . They`ll also give you 101 reason why they`re no longer responsible for the defect .

Don`t listen to them ...... it`s mostly adjectives baloney , and they know it ! Go through with the claim . The worst that can arise is you`ll lose , and be out the 30-40 filing tax .

um procure a new one because it will hold on to happening
most peole would want a strange one ....im not sure if thats your call.you probably hold an issue with a defective division in the electronics and once specifically fixed you will be all set.
Yep, I bought an extended warranty and the motherboard be replaced, as was the thermostat and they installed a untried light and it's housing. My warranty will single replace an appliance IF it CANNOT be repaired, so I only get new parts and the labor to install them.
Sorry, but Kitchenaid products suck. You already own it and so its too late to relate you, but http://appliancequickfix.com/
