I've read about complicated techniques that you can use if you have all the right equipment, but I'm don't have much at home, and don't have a lot of money to work with. I have rubber cement, scotch tape, duct tape, electrical tape, packing tape, super glue, sticky-tack, and glue stick. I have books that are losing pages, sometimes in hunks (where they are still attached to each other, but not the rest of the book), and sometimes individual pages. The covers are still intact. Help!!

The links below seem to have some pretty simple jigs for binding books, also seem to have pretty good instructions. Hope it helps.
Other answers:
You can take the book to a Kinkos or Copymax....I think they can re-bind the books. Otherwise you will be forever applying glues and tape to hold them together.

Put the fallen pages back to their original position neatly.Use a fine nail and hammer in a hole through the book resting on a piece of wood leaving the nail intact and repeat until you have three nail hole. One top, middle and bottom.Pull a stout tread through the needle and remove the nail and pull the needle through the hole and tie the thread securely, repeat for all other holes.
