Where can i achieve current "antique" type door knob?

The old ones I removed be 3" x 4" square housing type that mount on the outside of the door. The doors are too thin to use standard type knob, and I dont want to replace with more antiques because they are not as reliable. i would prefer bright ones that are like the antiques.

You can try going on string and typing in antique door knob. They usually have a catalog near pictures.
