Oven Cleaner spilt on floor tiles disappearing white grades!?

Hi. I have spilt Oven Pride oven cleaner on my kitchen tiles and it have left a white chalky-looking sitting duck which will not scrub off. It does however dissappear when the tiles are showery but returns when dry. May it be that the sealer or glaze have corroded? I am only guessing so any suggestions would be great, and how to sort it out would be even better!! Thanks.
