Why is my tub draining underneath my foundation?

I live in Texas, and own a slab foundation. Do the sewer lines go through the slab, or are they imbedded within it? What started as a back-up, is now a principal problem. There is water draining beneath my foundation on one side of my house. Assuming the foundation hasn't been diluted, how easy is this to fix? Can I can any sustain from Homeowner's insurance?
Thanks....

Answers:    When a concrete foundation is poured, the tub drain pipe is left accessible for the rough-in plumbing by installing a box and dirt to prevent concrete from person poured over the pipe. When the tub is set after the house is framed, the plumbers will assemble the p-trap and connect the tub drain to the pipe which flows to the sewer system. It is possible that the p-trap has come loss or requests replaced. If this is the case, a clause of the lower wall (sheetrock), where the faucet and drain is located, will hold to be removed if an access is not there (some cities require the access for their code purposes). I would right away contact a professional plumber and your insurance agent. Water undermines the integrity of the foundation and cause extensive repairs and depreciation of property.
Broken pipe under near. Dig it up and put the pipes back together. Being underneath a slab if not too far below you could dig a tunnell to receive to it or jack hammer where on earth you think it is and fix it that means of access. Best thing is to find someone that have an augar snake and listen till it stops and then you'll know where on earth the problem is. Must be some drain people down your process that can help you/ Depends on what your insurance police say . You might be covered, you have to check
