Why does my kitchen extractor aficionado enjoy to be removed when getting a alien boiler installed?

I'm getting a new boiler fitted surrounded by my kitchen early subsequent year hopefully. The guy said that my extracotr fan will enjoy to be removed and filled surrounded by, because it can be dangerous as it is so in close proximity to the flue. All the houses in my street hold the same close proximity of extractor fan/flue. So why is this crucial?

Answers:    The answer depends on the type of boiler he is installing. If it is what is called a "conventional flue boiler" this is one i.e. connected to a chimney or vertical flue, generally taken up through the roof, this type of boiler take the air required for combustion of the flue gasses from the room where on earth it is installed. If you have an extract aficionado which is also trying to take nouns from this same area, it will starve the boiler of nouns and even pull the flue gasses from the enlarge draught diverter incorporated in the boiler. Even worse minus sufficient air for complete combustion, the boiler will be emit carbon monoxide which is deadly. The with the sole purpose possible let out is if your kitchen is approachable plan so that air can be drawn from the rest of the house or is provided beside an adequate fresh nouns vent, but this is a remote possibility. The location of the fan contained by relation to the boiler is irrevilent only to be precise in matching room.

If he is fitting what is called a impartial flue boiler otherwise known as a room hermetically sealed boiler, it is as described, sealed from the room where on earth it is fitted. It draws its combustion air directly from outside so will be uneffected by an extract devotee wherever fitted surrounded by the kitchen. The only word of forewarning is that if it is a reversible fan and can bring fresh nouns into the kitchen, it could then verbs in flue gasses from the outside flue terminal if fitted close by.

Where several family seem to be getting confused is the location of window. These are only relevent contained by relation to the position of the balanced flue terminal on the outside wall and not the enthusiast location. The boiler Manufacturer will in the installation literature stipulate the distance the flue terminal have to be from windows, neighbouring walls, soffits etc.
I'm afraid I don't know - but I would suggest getting another person within for a second opinion. I would presume at the very lowest possible you'd need another extractor aficionado fitted elsewhere in the kitchen?
