Do you feel glue traps for mice are a humane way of termination?

I mean , they wouldnt glue trap an inmate on death row? I do not think they are humane. My dog got one of those things stuck to her foot, good thing she did not get her little nose stuck on it.Its more humane to stomp on the little crittes. I know I would rather be squashed like a frizbee.

Answers:
Very inhumane. You would have to cut off the mouse's paws in order to free them. Although a mouse or rat trap (the snap-traps) might seem a lot more brutal, it usually kills them instantly, making it more humane. I spent a couple of summers on an Alabama bijou, where river rats were a huge problem. We tried everything available and the regular snap traps seemed to work the best. Although one time, a small mouse snap trap snapped onto a rat's head and it popped it's eyes out without killing it. That didn't seem very humane.

I think if you go to the trouble of getting glue traps you're supposed to let the mice go after you catch them.

Technically, in order for something to be humane, it has to involve humans. Therefore, it's impossible to be inhumane to mice. Plus, the glue traps don't kill them, it simply catches them and then you throw them out perhaps even alive.
Yes ! They are just mice .....
I'm really stuck on this one.
It is horrible and cruel and torture. I hate mice too, but I would rather kill them quickly than make them suffer. And to jvlajcic: You cannot remove the mice from the glue trap, the clue is too strong. They were not made as a "catch and release trap". Please know what you are talking about before you answer a question.

Also, the definition of Humane includes humane behavior and actions from a human.
There is no humane way to deal with a rodent, they need to be exterminated anyway you can- don't allow pets in the room where the Glue trap is located.
Do you think glue trap is worse than a mouse trap, or dying from drinking to death or bleeding to death, its all death. I prefer they die where I can dispose of the remains, rather than a dead mouse in the wall or attic.
why not? then you can do what you want with them. if they are in your house, you aren't gonna leave them there to die of starvation, are you? what's not humane about them? is a trap more humane?
Surely a mouse cannot be compared to a human. Plus, I wouldn't mind seeing one of child molestors or mass murderers in a glue trap. We had a problem with mice this last winter. They were stealing my miniature Reeses Peanut Butter cups and opening them in the stove and dropping them down the back to the floor. It was a mess. We thought there were only a couple of them so we bought some glue traps. It was the first time I had ever seen them so whenever a mouse got caught I didn't watch because I knew it wasn't pretty. The little mouse gets stuck and can't get off. D took it outside with a hammer and killed it that way. It turned out there were 12 mice taking my candy and they all got threw on the snow. In the morning I asked where they were and D told me where he threw them but there was none there. So I guess some owl or weasel got thier fill of mice. I don't think they are a humane way of termination but when they get out of hand sometimes it's a necessary way of exterminating them, especially when our cat couldn't get them from behind the stove. A couple of years ago one got himself electrocuted in our stove and it cost 145.00 to fix. As long as I don't look at them or see them on the trap I'm okay with it.
i don't like glue traps
i like regular snap-type mouse traps you can hear then SNAP and you know you got a mouse to get rid of
glue type you could forget where you put them only to find them when they start to stink
