I do not know what type of scissors you have but there are good ones & very good ones if yours are in this class find some one who sharpens scissors & pay them if not throw them away and go to wal mart and buy some new ones.

Some can openers have a sharpeners for scissors.
Scissor blades are (in principle) no different to your houshold knives. If you have a knife sharpener, that's probably your best bet. Good luck
there are many sharpeners out there for scissors,, wal-mart, etc home depot,, many electric knife sharpeners for the home include a scissor sharpener!
