How do I level out my yard?
Answers:
Good ol' fashioned back breaking labor works everytime. Use a flat shovel and steel rake. Smooth is out the best you can, let it settle for a week or so, and repeat before planting new grass.

We've been going through the same thing at the hpuse we're building for my mother-in-law. It was full of old tree stumps & things. First we got a dozer to dig the hole & get up some stumps. Next week we're getting a bobcat to level out the yard. The only place that will be hard to level is were the spring runs off the hill & where the sewer line runs. The ground is very soft from the water,so you may want to keep that in mind. Good luck.
