buy more wood
Don't spill it in the first place.
make a paste with vinegar, and baking soda. rub LIGHTLY
its imposible if its sealed i would buy some steal wool and reseal it.
by using orange juice on it
wet with bleach on a wet bounty then place the bounty on the wood and put a wet or damp bounty over it in the morning go wipe it ,it may take several rubs and bleachings ,or use peroxide it lifts the stains from wine as i recall, and can be wiped and redone till its clean right away,, ps try some spray on clear finish on the wood,, or wipe the piece with oil,, like a half paint thinner, boiled linseed polish ,,it soaks the wood and water proofs it,, its good for most olde wood things as a polish,, mix a pint of each and pour into a spray bottle and label it ,,pour on a rag and rub the wood ,and then wipe, and buff with a soft towel ,,eh voila shine and waterproof
I would take the softest sandpaper and rub gently, then either stick some polyurathane on it and/or rub some old gold finish, it really bring out the wood. Also Tung oil after the sanding it will bring back its natural look.
