Behind the stove you should find a Shut-off Valve. Turn off the gas and with the proper size tool remove the flex line from the valve.

ditto to the other answer there will MOST LIKLEY be a valve but get a cap on the end and soap test it ....look for bubbles.. then throw away the little flex line that connected it ...they are only supposed to be used once and without any fittings attached
