The tile/grout brink at the back my kitchen sink is turning slight black and loosening the caulk?
Answers: When you are done next to the dishes, dry your hands, & next dry around the sink. Use a bleach or cleaner with bleach for the black, it is mold. If you dry the nouns when you are done, you will not encourage mold to grow pay for.
First you have to draw from rid of the mold with bleach and afterwards scrape the infirm caulk off. Replace the caulking next to the best caulk you can find. To prevent this in the adjectives, wipe the wet nouns each time you clean your hands. It individual takes a second and every once within a while clean the nouns with bleach. Or, wipe your hand and then shut the dampen off.
do as per the previous answer but also trademark the grout
It needs resealing.
If the grout is breaking past its sell-by date, get a sharp run through or screw driver, scrape it rotten and remove it. Clean it thoroughly with bleach and tolerate it dry.
Buy a silicone sealer from a hardware store. They come in white as in good health as other colours. There are new ones on the bazaar you don't even need a caulk to spread. Just flood it in and smooth it bad with your finger. Let it dry. It'll look as well-mannered as new.
