my toliet doesnt seem to flush well, Why?

probably because your water line inside the tank is too low so there isn't enough pressure to flush. try turning a knob in the tank. the water should be at a recommende line that is shown on the inside of the tank.
Most modern toilets use less water and have smaller openings to the pipes than older ones. So things do not flush down well. You may just have some lime built up that is closing off the toilet. Or someone may have dropped something in it and it is stuck in the trap.
