its one of those with the mercury switch, but when I look at the temp it influence that it warm and I know its cold and enjoy to manuel turn it on myself, is there away to fix this so it'll come on by itself and I don't want to spend in dribs and drabs money with it on a moment ago be comfortable. I have set it to 68 but it won't come on and so time enjoy to rise the switch for it to come on
Answers: relevel the stat. Mercury are very sensitive to man level or newly set it higher to where on earth you are warm.
the thermostat is probley bad a few deg, set it at 70 see if that works for you,
