try some moth balls it wont kill them but they will leave, I tried it for myself and it worked

Go to Lowe's or home depot they have snake deterrent. It really works. :-)
Get a cat
Chances are very good that the snakes are completely harmless, and they will very likely move out when their peace & quiet gets disturbed by people moving in. Even if they stick around, they will only do if there is a good food source - so you can either have snakes living quietly under your house of rats & mice running through your house.
But please, don't kill the snakes just because you're afraid of them! Fear is simply ignorance run amok, educate yourself and learn to master your fear.

There is snake away, from co-op, Lowe's and home depot also the moth balls work, can get them at most dollar stores..... The "snake away" really does stink....
