Mix some level quik which is found at Home Depot or Lowe's and follow the instructions. Real easy, mix and pour little spreading, finds it's own level

This is only for light traffic floors. It is easier to start by sections of floor. Place a level between the highest and lowest point of the floor, then shim the level on the low end until is leveled. Use some 1x4 pieces of lumber and pencil trace the bottom of the level, from low to high point. Cut the lumber, it should look like a wedge. Fastened the lumber strip with masonry screws. Continue with the other unleveled portions of the floor. Once you fabricated all of the leveling formwork, pour your ready mixed concrete into each section, float concrete to desired texture, and remove the formwork strips after concrete has set and continue pouring the adjacent sections.
