Yes he can.
Yes he can.
if u have that homeowners association he can
I think they can if there on this type of housing commity.
I don't know about that, but you might get a fine from the homeowners association for not taking care of your lawn. It brings down the property value of all of the houses around you, and that's why they're pissed off. I would be too if you were my neighbor and I had spent $200,000 on a house. Could you possibly just hire some kid to do it? There are plenty of children who would love to make an extra 10 bucks for mowing a lawn.
stop being such a slob. Most cities have an ordenance concerning mowing the grass.
You dont have to have a homeowner's association to get taken to court. Many cities have ordinances having to do with urban blight that gives the city the right to issue fines etc. to people who do not maintian their property. Not taking care of your property draws mice and other vermin that affects your neighbors. Get off your lazy butt and mow youyr lawn. If you are too lazy then find a neighborhood kid and give them a few bucks to cut it.
In my city, they measure your grass and fine you city fines. My neighbor reports me every year- I hire a teen that comes and mows it for $25.00. I have a big yard, but the city fine is $2000.00.
If you are the homeowner, yes. If you rent, your landlordlord is ultimately responsible but if he gets dragged into it, start looking for a new place to live.

My advice? Mow your f-ing lawn, lazy ***. I mean for real, WTF?
yes he can, i live ina community where there is a homeowners association and guidelines are strict, we have gotten one warning about our lawn in the past..if you dont have a homeowners association where you live, you may have to abide by city regulations. check it out
find some kid and tell them you will pay them 5 buck or more to mow your lawn..
Advice, wether you like it or not you should do it dont like to work but i do it and the good thing is your nieghbour wont take you to court
Put herbicide on the lawn. Tell your neighbor that you are fond of the color brown.
it's cheaper to find someone to mow your lawn. trust me you don't want to take this to court, esp if you have a homeowners association (even if they're usually inactive). Pay a teenager.

Everything in life is a tradeoff: your time&effort or your money. Don't lose them all in court.
put down the box of donuts and mow. Maybe you should move to a condo if you can't handle the upkeep of a house.
yes he can. you should have a sense of pride , surely u don't want the outside of your house to look a mess, r u disabled or just lazy?
He sure can,and the judge might sentence you to wear a sign saying, I WAS SENTENCED TO MOW THIS CITY PARK GRASS BECAUSE I WOULDN"T MOW MY OWN!
There are some responsibilities that comes with being a homeowner
Your questions reflect a very angry person. You seem to be trying to pick a fight. If you feel miserable and want to feel happy instead, you can make yourself better.
Why not hire a lawn care company to do it for you?. You may be surprised that some are cheaper than a person would think. I hate mowing my lawn, just because I have some nasty hills that are very hard to mow..

So I pay a company to come mow.. They mow... weed eat, clean up all the grass that ends up on my sidewalk, and driveway and they charge me $20 each time...

Most companies won't mow if it doesn't need it, or if it turns brown from the heat.

Good Luck
