Help! Refill spool for grass trimmer McCulloch???

I need to find a replacement spool of wire for my weed trimmer. I know Ryobi also makes McCulloch brand, but I still can't find the model # on any spool in Home Depot. I went yesterday. I asked an employee who had no clue, and everone else from that department was "in a meeting, and should be done shortly". I didn't have time to wait. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Are these universal or do I need to buy a certain kind??? Thanks!!

first is the head broken or is it out of line if it is only out of line you can re-wrap it quite easily by yourself (if you are not sure how your local lawn and garden repair shop would be glad to teach you!). If it has been damaged and needs to be replaced you can find any number of replacement heads (some are universal and some are specifically for one brand or another) at your local lawn and garden repair shops. They can help you in greater detail. Some of my favorite replacement heads are the blade style or the quick refill type where you don't have to rewind a spool you just slip in a couple of new lines and go.

P.S. Even though Home Depot sales lawn and garden equipment, they no nothing about it.
