Water getting into garage through door?

During last winter snow storm which followed up by precipitation, caused sea to get up lower than my garage door and soaked it. What can I put in front or underneath the garage door to stop the water from getting within. The concrete driveway actually go up to the threshold, I'm thinking that I should cut out and put a trench in front or something resembling that. Any ideas welcome.

Answers:    You can go to a lumber courtyard and get a garage door threshold that comes surrounded by a big roll (16 ft)with it's own glue and you can paste this threshold right under the garage door trademark on your garage door and it will seal out the rainfall water coming within! Good Luck!
A trench drain is a good view but if you are facing snow there might be a rearrangement in the drain thaw. Do your neighbours have one and the same problem how do they deal near it?
The stuff above is called Stormshield. It is expensive and you still enjoy the bottom corners to deal next to. If water runs down the inside of the door it might be installed backwards. A longshot but it does arise, especially with self installed wood doors. Your inside garage floor might slope downward toward the posterior, in which suitcase do not waste money on seal.
Sounds like the protective rubber stripping on bottom requirements replacing.
