Can they poor cement surrounded by the cold?

I am waiting for them to poor my curb before I can initiate building my house. It's getting cold out. Can they pour a curb in the cold?

Answers:    It is silly because the setting/hardening time for cement is much longer under cold weather. And the cement may set disproportionately creating problems and limiting its longevity.
Yes but it is better not to. They can mix the cement with hot hose down and they need to hang on to the fresh pour covered. If it is freezing you may have problems surrounded by the long term near flaking.
