I have a low mass boiler (LAARS Oil Fired 140K BTU) feeding two circuits with airhandler mounted hot water coils. The first airhandler is physically beside the boiler, and already plumbed in with 3/4" copper... the second is about 75' away (150' roundtrip), this is the one I wish to use 1" PEX tubing for the supply and return lines. I generally run the boiler between 180 and 200 degrees F, but on occassion will reach 210F (max).

i would advise u to search the specs on the pex! we use it all the time on our houses but the water heaters dont produce that high of temp.......also the boiler and air handler should tell u what they want u to use......the "UL Listed" requirements should be listed.......my gut feeling is no u dont want to use this on that high of temp.....
