centrale termice?

Answers:
Powerplants, that use thermal power for production of electrical energy, consist of two main parts:
1. the boiler, where the superheated steam of high pressure and temperature is produced,
2. the steam turbine, where the steam transfers it's energy to the turbine itself, making it rotate at very high rpms (3000 rpm in europe and most of the world, and 3600 rpm in america).

Anything else? If there is anything You want to ask, e-mail me, I used to be an engineer in the thermal powerplant.
