This morn i noticed almost no sea and no hot water, outside my patio is flooded so i dug up the waterline by the house where it bubbles but smudge is fine, even with hose down heater turned rotten at breaker the water gushes out from beneath house at the water boiler when the well is turned on, i own a concrete foundation the water that gushes out have steam/smoke coming off similar to its hot...please help me!!!
Answers: Hot dampen heater cistern ruptured, turn off circuit breaker to hose heater, close major water stopcock on incoming water queue (this will mean no dampen to whole house), telephone call plumber.
Look on the bright side of things, a new marine heater, especially the plastic container type will be way more modernized.

There is also a valve/drain on most water heaters close to the bottom. Make sure this value isn't stuck clear after closing the breaker and water. Open the marine main a bit and see if this fixes it.
