I have casement windows. What is the best method for painting them so that they don't stick to the frame?

My casement windows are the style that crank out for opening. In the past when they have been painted along with the painting of the house, they are very difficult to open even after we have left them open for several hours after painting. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how we can keep them from sticking after painting?

Answers:
Use Vaseline on the frames.
