I've got ants in my kitchen. Does anyone know about the boric acid solution, or any other ideas.?

I got a recipe from the net that had a tablespoon of Welch's grape jelly and water with 2 teaspoons of boric acid powder. It worked like a charm. I put it in a straw on the counter.

Try washing your counter tops with vinegar and water.It works great!♥
You have to be like the sniper. Make them give away their position. Leave something you don't care about out and trace the path. Then put one of them Grant's Ant Poisons ($3 at Walmart) in the path. Dead ants.
I used Terra (available from Agway and other lawn/garden stores) granules outside and spray inside. It worked.
Now, all you have to do is keep them barefoot and pregant.
instead of posion products, which are harmful to pets, children and adults, try window cleaner, it works well to get rid of the ants and other pests, not harmful to pets, children and adults. and it costs less than other products
boric acid,jaggery and wheat flour equal quantity.also you can rub garic pod on their way or lil termeric pwd.Even crazy lines are very effective
First, clean your kitchen of spills. If they have nothing to eat, they won't come around. Go to Home Depot and buy a gallon bottle of the insect killer. The fumes of that stuff is less stinky than Raid. Spray the perimeter of your kitchen with the insect killer. Then watch for new attacks from different entry points. Fight with them for about a week and they'll back off and leave you alone.
