Is it still useable?

throwing away a good item from one rainy day is a waste. let it dry in sunshine for a couple days. turning it over. also if it is white colored spritz with bleach- 1 tbsp. to 1 quart of water, and let dry in sun.
Sunlight is natural germicide, which is why clothes used to hang outside after laundering, now hi dryer heat kills off anything left alive after washing.
Also consider a spray of aerosol disinfectant ( Lysol or other brand) before it is dry if the fabric has a pattern, & cant be bleached.

I suggest buying a new one, even if the mattress does not look physically harmed, mold will be a problem for sure

It will probably begin to mold from the inside out. Buy another one. Check with a furniture store.
I doubt it will be good... when it drys it will most likely build a mold on it and smell mildewey. I would go with buying a new one :-( Most mattress stores sell the couch mattress
Mold! I agree. Get another. YUCK!
lol how did u end up leaving something liek that outside
This is kinda weird, but I had one that sat out for a few months. Through rain, wind, sunshine, and fire. Okay not fire, but I still used it. Worked for me. :D
once it is dry you can use it but just use some air freashiner fiorst
it depends.if it is made from cotton then get a new mattress. if it is made from plyfill then dry it throughly. maby you can take it to car wash and dry it in their dryer.if that doesnt work then throw it out and get a new one. check mattress stores. they might be listed in the phonebook.
Bactria and mold generally do not grow and sugar or sugar substitutes. However dust mights will grow on it and can be somewhat harm-full.
why did you leave it out to begin with, sounds like a few marbles are out of place!
