To make a long story short, i used velcro on my convertible rear window to hold the plastic over it, now that its time to take it off and actually replace the window, im looking for a good way to get the sticky remains off of a canvas twilfast top. Any suggestions appreaited, thanks!

You can try a product called "Goo Gone". It's a yellow liquid that smells like lemon and can purchase it at any drugstore or Wal Mart.

There is a product used by scrapbookers called UnDo(it may be spelled UnDu) that will remove adhesive from pics and papers without damaging. You might try that on your window.

WD 40 does wonders with a lot of things like this. Try it on a small area and see what happens.
You can also try a razor blade scraper.......that always works.
