why is m refrigrator noisy?

Answers:
Most of the noise from a refrigerator comes from its compressor motor. If your refrigerator has become more noisy than it used to be, it is likely that the compressor's motor is not working as well as it did (i.e. is worn out) and will need to be replaced.

Other answers:
clean the vent underneath. Pull it out and look at the accumalation of dust & dirt & f=grime. Clean it so that it can get some air circulating. Good luck

Check that it is leveled. Also check that the compressor retainers haven't fall apart. Other thing that need to be checked is that the electric fan in the freezer compartment is not touching any part of the enclosure where it's located.
I have had the rubber mounts under the compressor fail before, this will make the refrigerator get noisy.
