I have these little fly/moths in my kitchen. I kill 10-15 a night and the next day they are back ! HELP !?

Had a similar issue recently in our house.
First search around and find where they seem to mostly be found and search for a source.
We found them in an old kitchen side cupboard where someone had put a muesli pack there, suffice to say they'd since started breeding in it.
Remove the source and disinfect the area with a bleach based cleaning agent. Check all open food containers/packets in the vicinity and put in sealed containers.

You need to find where they are coming from and remove it. A common place is the garbage disposal. Also, check for any food that has become rotten and may have fallen somewhere that you can't see. This has happened to me when something fell out of the trash can under the sink and it rolled to the back of the cupboard.

get a bug zapper. its family fun to sit around a taple and watch them fuckers fry.
Sounds like Flour Moths. They usually hatch from maggot like creatures. Mostly come from bird seed, dry dog food, or cereals. Check your pantry for open boxes or check your flour.
They could be drain flies (also called sewage flies). They're flies, but look like moths. They could be coming from your drains.
If there are a lot of them, it could be an indication that you have a leak in your drainage pipes somewhere and the flies are breeding in the leaked water.
Check around all your drain pipes to see if there are signs of water damage. Check in your basement too.
A friend of mine had a similar problem. It turned out that there was a leak in the drain pipe behind the wall. When the plumber knocked a hole in the wall, several hundred flies flew out. Once the pipe was fixed, the problem disappeared.
Some plumbers have special cameras where they snake it down the drain to see if they can find a break in the pipes. It's less messy than to punch random holes in the walls.
